The beginners package is designed to ensure you receive the best introduction to Foundation Training possible. The package includes:

CONTINUED TRAINING
If you would like to continue to develop your skills following completion of the Beginners Package, subsequent sessions of 60 or 45 minutes are then available at the following cost. The 60 minute sessions are geared towards those dropping in less regularly (one off/monthly/6 weekly) to ensure there’s plenty time to cover any questions, concerns and corrections. The 45 minute sessions are designed for those looking for more regular training, hence the block booking is also available here.
